The following facilities are available:

  • Ample free parking
  • Main Hall with stage at one end and a viewing balcony at the other.
  • Double doors at the rear of the Hall leading onto a large patio
  • Snooker room with a full size table, lighting and scoreboard
  • Committee Room with tables & chairs as required
  • Comprehensive kitchen (2 electric cookers, microwave, fridge, hot water urn, kettle, a wide selection of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc)
  • Extensive grounds
  • Library (separated from the main Hall by two doors and a hallway, which is very useful if you have music in the main Hall and want a quieter area away from the music for some of your guests)
  • Ladies, Gents & disabled toilets
  • Integrated sound system within the main Hall comprising of microphone, radio microphone,
    MP3/iPod input, CD player - see bottom of page*.

Chairs -
125 plush chairs in the Main Hall
20 plush chairs with arms in the Committee Room
Numerous non padded stacking chairs kept under the stage

Tables -
16 (all matching) in the Main Hall which seat 6 comfortably, 8 at a very tight squeeze.
7 smaller tables in the Committee Room which seat 4 and are slightly lower than the Main Hall tables.
Min of 6 tables kept under the stage which will seat 6 comfortably

How many can you seat for a meal? That's up to you, the Hall will seat 100 comfortably, 125 at a squeeze.

  • There is a wheelchair access ramp in the north porch which you can put in place if needed. Once inside the Hall the floor is completely flat throughout. The only places you will not be able to access in a wheelchair are the stage and balcony.
  • Large marquees available for hire (at additional cost). These can only be used in the Hall grounds or within Tempsford village.

*The sound system is suitable for speeches, announcements, singing, background music etc. It is not suitable for discos. It is designed as a PA system so once you turn the volume up to disco levels the speakers distort. If you want to have a disco you are advised to bring all your own equipment.
