Printing notes:
There are two pages in the download file. A professional printing company would print this as one double sided sheet of A3. It would be folded in half and then into three.
The optimum printing method is on A3 paper in colour. If you do not have this option you can use A3 black & white, A4 colour or A4 black & white. The original document is A3 size.
To read on screen in Adobe Acrobat, select "View" - "Rotate View" - "Clockwise". Do this twice and the document will appear on your PC screen the other way up enabling you to read the 'upside down part' more easily.
