Double doors at the rear of the Hall leading onto a large patio

Snooker room with a full size table, lighting and scoreboard

Committee Room with tables & chairs as required

Comprehensive kitchen (2 electric cookers, microwave, fridge, hot water urn, kettle, a wide selection of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc)

Extensive grounds

Library (separated from the main Hall by two doors and a hallway, which is very useful if you have music in the main Hall and want a quieter area away from the music for some of your guests)

Ladies & Gents toilets

200 chairs and numerous tables

Large marquees available for hire (at additional cost). These can only be used in the Hall grounds or within Tempsford village.
